Eligibility Criteria
Head Constable Driver Mechanic – Qualification
- HSC (12th) pass; ITI in Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Welder/Auto Electrician; Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with 3 years experience; RTO endorsement for hazardous goods.
Police Sub Inspector (Motor Transport) – Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from recognized university.
Police Sub Inspector (Wireless) and Technical Operator – Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication/Telecom/Electronics Engineering/IT/Computer (4 years) from recognized university.

Head Constable Driver Mechanic (Grade-1) – Advertisement No: GPRB/202526/4
- (Minimum, Men): Height – ST Gujarat 162 cm, Others 165 cm; Chest – 79 cm deflated, 84 cm inflated (5 cm expansion).
- Women: Height – ST Gujarat 150 cm, Others 155 cm.
- Unfit if: Knock knees, pigeon chest, squint, flat feet, varicose veins, etc.

- (Men: Height 165/162 cm, Chest 79-84 cm; Women: 155/150 cm).
