Educational Qualification
To apply for the post of Additional General Manager (Finance), the candidate must have a CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) degree along with 14 years of work experience.
To apply for the post of Group General Manager (IT), the candidate must have a B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT)/MCA/MBA degree along with 20 years of work experience.
To apply for the post of Manager (Finance), the candidate must have CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) along with 5 years of work experience.
To apply for the post of PRO, it is necessary to have a degree in Public Relations or Mass Communication.
To apply for the post of manager, the candidate must have a degree in management or related field from a recognized university.

Salary
Under IFRC Recruitment 2025, candidates will be given different salaries according to the post. The post of Public Relations Officer (PRO) will get a salary of around Rs 70,000 to Rs 2,00,000 per month. The post of Manager (IT) will get a salary of around Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000 per month. The post of Manager (Finance) will get a salary of around Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000 per month.
Candidates working on the post of Additional General Manager (Finance- Internal Accounts) will get salary ranging from approximately Rs 90,000 to Rs 2,40,000 per month. Candidates on the post of Additional General Manager (Finance) will get salary ranging from Rs 90,000 to Rs 2,40,000 per month. Candidates on the post of Group General Manager (IT) will be given salary ranging from Rs 1,20,000 to Rs 2,80,000 per month. Thus, the salary will be different according to the post.
