Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant subject; B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech in relevant branch with first class in any one degree.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. in concerned/allied/relevant disciplines; Master’s with 55% marks or equivalent grade; First class in relevant branch at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Professor: Ph.D. in concerned/allied/relevant discipline; minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018.

Selection Process
- Based on Academic and Research Scores (as per UGC Regulations 2018) and performance in interview.
