Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory: MBBS from a recognized university/college approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma OR Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS or equivalent).

Work Experience (post-basic qualification, as on 31.05.2026):
Candidates with only an MBBS degree need a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Practitioner, counted from the date of NMC/State Medical Council registration.
Candidates with a postgraduate degree need a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Practitioner from the date of registration.
Internship experience and teaching/training experience will not be counted toward this eligibility requirement.
Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) with a basic pay structure of ₹64,820-2340/1-67,160-2680/10-93,960
