Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Bihar SHSB CHO Recruitment 2024
To qualify for the Community Health Officer (CHO) positions under Bihar SHSB, candidates must meet one of the following educational criteria:
- B.Sc. (Nursing): Applicants must have completed a six-month integrated Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an institution recognized by the Indian or State Nursing Council, from the academic year 2020 onwards.
- Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing): Candidates must have completed a six-month integrated curriculum of the Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian or State Nursing Council-recognized institution, from the academic year 2020 onwards.
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM): Applicants must hold a completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) from an institution recognized by the Indian or State Nursing Council, from the academic year 2020 onwards.
Note: Candidates must be registered with the Indian Nursing Council or any State Nursing Council at the time of applying.
