Delhi Jal Board Recruitment 2025: Delhi Jal Board has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer. This is a golden opportunity for those candidates who want to make their career in the field of civil engineering and are waiting for a government job.

Educational Qualification
It is mandatory for the candidate to have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, and also a valid GATE score card of any year from the last 3 years in the subject of Civil Engineering. The GATE score card will be valid till the last date of application. The selected candidates will have to start work within 15 days. Check the official notification for more details regarding eligibility.
Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE score, hence they will not have to go through any written exam. Selected candidates will have to apply along with self-attested certificates, mark sheets, degree and GATE scorecard. It will be mandatory for the finally selected candidates to undergo medical tests and police verification.

Timing of Appointment and Contracting
This Recruitment in Delhi Jal Board will be on a contract basis, the initial period of which will be 1 year. If a candidate performs satisfactorily, then this contract can be extended up to 3 years yearly. The selected candidates will be monitored, and their contract period will be extended based on their work.
Salary
The selected candidates will be paid Rs 54,162 per month, along with a Dearness Allowance (DA). No other allowance will be given. This salary and allowance will be given as per the government’s rules.
