Educational Qualification
It is mandatory for the candidate to have a master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Along with this, knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to matriculation should also be there. The candidate must have passed the NET (National Eligibility Test) exam conducted by UGC or CSIR or the candidate must have a PhD degree.

Selection Process
In its selection process, first there will be a screening test, after that a subject knowledge test will have to be given.
100 MCQ questions of 100 marks will be asked in the screening test. The duration of the paper will be 2 hours. The subject knowledge test will be of 150 marks, and 3 hours will be given for this. 1/4 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The weightage of the interview will be 12.5%, The first merit list will be prepared by combining the subject science test and interview examination center.
